Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes consistently meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

You will analyze production data, identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust quality processes and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the setup and management of quality management systems in line with ISO 9001 implementation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with production, product development, and engineering teams to improve processes and resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain documentation and prepare reports on quality metrics and trends.
  • Support supplier quality management and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Quality Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or similar role.
  • Proven experience with ISO standards and ISO 9001 implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, Lean).
  • Proficiency with quality inspection tools and statistical software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
