Job Title:Senior Project Specialist - Quality Assurance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Project Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects within the quality assurance department.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members in project management best practices.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of a third-level qualification (Degree) in Science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare laboratory or related technical function.
  • A strong knowledge of laboratory operations, particularly training and testing requirements from receipt to Certificate of Analysis (CoA), is required.
  • Involvement in project scoping and tracking is desirable.
