Project Scheduling Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Ops Readiness team and support planning activities in Dublin, Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing scheduling from a project management perspective, including hiring ramps and resource planning. They will also support the establishment of operational readiness strategies and plan all related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cross-functional implementation dependencies and escalate risks to project leadership.
  • Lead internal and external stakeholder engagement, facilitate discussions, and drive towards outcomes.
