Job Overview:

As a scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Develop individual project schedules using Primavera P6, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to determine realistic timelines for all activities across the project lifecycle.

Establish dependencies, lead times, contingency allowances, and critical paths to identify potential bottlenecks.

Maintain and update project schedules on a regular basis, incorporating changes and updates as necessary.

Perform contractor schedule reviews and analysis to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Evaluate project changes and their impact on budget and schedule.

Assist in developing earned value analysis monitoring tools to track project progress.

Prepare cost-loaded schedules to support detailed cash flow projections.

Provide administrative support to facilitate efficient project management within the team.

Facilitate cross-project schedule meetings to align expectations, optimize schedules, and drive consistency in scheduling methodology.

Interface with pre-construction, construction, design, and capacity planning teams to produce schedules that support project kick-off, budget generation, and construction timeframes.

Work closely with subject matter experts to understand and inform schedule impacts of new designs, materials, and construction methods.

Develop a healthy interface between schedulers and cost and risk management teams to inform accurate spend forecasting and risk identification.

Formulate analysis of programme controls data and create summary-level programme reports for various ad-hoc data/analysis queries.
