Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, creating and managing checklists, and working closely with the project manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project scheduling, planning, and coordination, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software.

  • Coordinating project schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Creating and managing checklists to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the project manager and team members to achieve project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A third-level qualification in a relevant engineering or construction subject.
  • At least 5 years' experience in project scheduling, planning, and coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
