Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team on an exciting CapEx project in Ireland.

This individual will be responsible for creating detailed schedules to forecast and prioritize near-term actions, determining schedule logic and constraints, evaluating critical path activity sequences, and assisting in the creation of earned value progress measurement.

  • Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, determining reasonable schedule logic and constraints based on discussion with task owners and/or teams, and evaluating critical and near-critical path activity sequences.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of earned value progress measurement for the C&Q project phase.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in scheduling and project management is essential.
  • Pharma experience is required, Bio-Pharma experience is advantageous.
  • Understanding of typical C&Q sequencing and logic is necessary.
  • Ability to critique and challenge schedules is important.
  • In-depth knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Office applications is required.
