Job Title: Project Schedule Coordinator
\We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team on an exciting CapEx project in Ireland. The successful candidate will have excellent coordination skills, be able to work with multiple stakeholders and teams, and have a strong understanding of Primavera P6 and MS Office applications.
\Key Responsibilities:\- \
- Support the project team and stakeholders on managing schedules for a successful project delivery.\
- Coordinate with project team/trades on scope and create detailed/micro schedules to forecast and prioritize near-term actions in accordance with the overall plan.\
- Determine reasonable schedule logic and constraints based on discussion with task owners and/or teams.\
- Evaluate critical and near-critical path activity sequences. Coordinate and facilitate review sessions with all stakeholders.\
- Assist in the creation & maintenance of earned value progress measurement for the C&Q project phase.\
- Identify schedule gaps, changes, and trends that will enhance the team's ability to control the project.\
- Resource Load and Level critical schedule phases for realistic timeline analysis.\
- The ability to critique and challenge schedules is also desirable.\
- In-depth knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Office applications is required.\
- Pharma experience is essential, and Bio-Pharma experience is advantageous.\
- A strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required.\
