We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating scheduling services for clients and caregivers.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate client/caregiver schedules daily to match with client care plan
- Assign client/carer schedules daily to ensure timely service delivery
- Monitor and progress unassigned shifts to minimize downtime
- Prepare and manage rosters daily to meet client needs
- Ensure all communication regarding caregivers/clients/HSE/family members is recorded in a timely fashion
- At least one year of experience in scheduling or coordination
- Able to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English language proficiency
