We are seeking an experienced sales consultant to join our team in London. As a key driver of our success, you will be responsible for ensuring the store continues to achieve over and above the ordinary.

As a supervisor with Kurt Geiger, you will drive sales with your passion for luxury footwear, support the team, and be a fabulous service ambassador while representing our dynamic and innovative brand.

Using your extensive retail knowledge and excellent communication skills, you will form long-lasting relationships with customers and your team. Delivering exceptional shopping experiences is at the heart of what we do, and you will proactively support back-of-house operations and create a seamless shop-floor experience.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

  • Ensuring customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Handling all stock effectively and maintaining back-of-house standards.
  • Supporting the management team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals.
  • Being a role model for our brand with impeccable personal presentation standards.
  • Maintaining store visual standards.
  • Embodying the Kurt Geiger DNA and being captivating, engaging, passionate, driven, and on-brand.

**What We're Looking For:**

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • A background in a fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brand.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and work towards KPIs.
  • Impeccable presentation and representation of our luxury/fashion-forward brand.
