HR Generalist Role

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to provide guidance and support to employees and management on various HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer strategic HR advice and support to employees and management
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure the consistent application of company policies and procedures
  • Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders on diverse projects
  • Ensure Employee Relations processes are followed effectively
  • Support annual Compensation and Benefits initiatives
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of prior HR experience in a fast-paced organisation
  • HR/CIPD qualification required for this position
  • Knowledge of Workday is advantageous
  • A self-starter/self-motivated individual with experience making informed decisions
  • A confident communicator comfortable challenging when required
