Job Title: HR Business Partner

Acting as an operational partner, you will add value and contribute to the achievement of our human resources strategic objectives.

About This Role:

  • Deliver projects aligned to our human resources strategic goals, working closely with managers in workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective relationships and implement various initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law is required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior HR Operational role.
  • Experience in healthcare within the public sector is preferred.
  • Previous ER/IR experience is essential.
  • A full driving license is required.
