About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Transfer Agency Oversight Change Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to ensure the effective delivery of operational services and activities outsourced to transfer agencies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day responsibility for all TA and AML related change from regulatory projects.

  • Track and monitor all change-related costs, challenging where appropriate.

  • Responsible for taking on new processes within the team from initial conversations to completing governance reviews.

  • Perform regular governance reviews of the teams' tasks / procedures / controls.

  • Attend relevant TA and industry forums to stay up-to-date with upcoming change and regulatory position.

  • Identify process improvements / efficiencies and present change proposals to management.

  • Assist in incident management, including investigation, communication, escalation and remediation.
