We are seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality patient care at an advanced nursing level. This role involves undertaking and documenting a complete episode of patient care, demonstrating expertise in clinical and theoretical knowledge, critical thinking and decision making skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Undertake and document a complete episode of patient care according to agreed protocols and scope of practice in the clinical setting.
- Demonstrate advanced clinical and theoretical knowledge, critical thinking and decision making skills.
- Create a safe environment for patients by implementing evidence-based clinical guidelines, addressing patient expectations and promoting wellness and evaluating care given.
- Provide professional leadership to develop nursing/midwifery practice and health policy at local, regional and national levels.
