**Job Title:** Site Manager

Job Description:
    We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee the execution of our projects in Dublin City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction work is carried out to the highest standards, on time and within budget.

About the Role:
    The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction sites, with a focus on delivering high-quality results while maintaining a safe working environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising site staff and subcontractors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ensuring that all health and safety protocols are followed and reported to relevant authorities as necessary

    In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams to achieve their best performance.

Requirements:
    To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in commercial or residential construction
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building regulations, safety protocols, and quality control procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
