Job Description

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Support Workers and Assistant Support Workers. In this role, you will provide care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.


As a Support Worker or Assistant Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain professional working relationships with our service users and their families. You will also be responsible for supporting individuals in achieving their personal outcomes and reaching their full potential.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required (all necessary training provided)


Social Care Worker: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline (registered with CORU)


Relevant life experience desirable but not essential


Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence
