Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

- Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical issues with NetApp products, including hardware, software, and multi-system interoperability issues.">
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and resolve their issues efficiently.">
- Collaborate with internal escalation teams and engineering to identify defects, influence technical strategy, and resolve challenging support issues.">
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field, applying this knowledge to improve our support processes and deliver superior results.">
- Mentor and coach fellow Technical Support Specialists, sharing best practices and expertise to drive excellence across the team.">
Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant technical support experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues and delivering exceptional customer service.">
- Extensive hands-on experience with networking protocols and storage technologies, including NFS, CIFS, SAN, iSCSI, TCP/IP, RAID, and NetApp Storage Systems.">
- Expertise in performance troubleshooting, including diagnosing issues in NetApp systems and resolving performance challenges across various environments.">
- Familiarity with ancillary technologies such as DNS, NIS, and Active Directory.">
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.">
