  • 10+ years' experience in delivering enterprise-scale solutions in support of secure, scalable, resilient software as a service and data as a service delivery.
  • 7+ years of leading, inspiring, and growing talented Software Engineering teams.
  • Experience leading teams in researching new and emerging technologies to realise potential value, business fit, operations, and cost efficiencies.
  • Extensive experience with agile development methodologies and processes.
