Bar Operations Manager Opportunity

Our Italian restaurant is looking for a highly skilled Bar Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of service and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the bar alongside the head bartender
  • Delegate tasks, coach and support staff members
  • Run services, lead briefings, onboard new team members
  • Train staff on cocktails, customer service and hospitality skills
  • Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Sustain cleanliness and organization behind the bar

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a bar manager or supervisor
  • Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to train staff on these
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and improving operational efficiency
