Experienced Senior Nursing Quality Manager

This pivotal leadership role entails collaborating closely with management teams to ensure all services meet regulatory standards and align with the organisation's commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance on HIQA compliance and best practice
- Lead internal audits, develop corrective action plans, and oversee follow-up activities
- Support policy development, staff training, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor and develop staff, promoting a culture of learning, safety, and ongoing improvement
- Oversee safeguarding practices, risk management, and incident reporting across the group
- Registered General Nurse with active registration
- Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management, quality, or clinical governance
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a quality, governance, or compliance role within healthcare
