Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to serve as a senior tax professional in a global finance setting, leading corporate tax compliance and supporting consolidated tax reporting under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the global corporate tax strategy and assist with consolidated tax reporting.
  • Support the implementation and documentation of global transfer pricing policies.
  • Provide expert guidance on succession planning, intergenerational asset transfers, and capital tax matters.
  • Offer tax input on strategic acquisitions, due diligence, and international expansion initiatives.
  • Drive tax process improvements through automation and tax technology implementation.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in corporate tax, tax compliance, value-added tax (VAT), and transfer pricing.
  • Strong understanding of global tax regulations and experience preparing tax provisions under GAAP/IFRS.
  • Exposure to capital tax planning and/or private wealth advisory services.
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions, including structuring and integration.
  • Professional certification (Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, etc.) and strong Excel/tax software skills.
