Teaching Fellow Position

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a Teaching Fellow in Veterinary Anatomy and Physiology. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to undergraduate and graduate entry veterinary medicine students.

The appointee will work closely with academic staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote academic excellence and engage students. This is a part-time position working on a 2-day per week basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver teaching, learning and assessment in veterinary anatomy and physiology to first year undergraduate and graduate entry veterinary medicine students.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and academic performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback.
Requirements
  • PhD in Veterinary Anatomy and Physiology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching and learning in a higher education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
