This role will be responsible for overseeing the overall facilities operations onsite, providing support to the central Residential Team and Property Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building service management, with experience in managing facilities operations across mixed residential, commercial, and retail spaces. Key responsibilities include managing contractor-related documentation and delivery, serving as a Savills representative at client meetings, and ensuring timely implementation of Health and Safety actions identified in audits.

This role also involves overseeing and managing onsite CAPEX projects and upgrades, working closely with the central Facilities Management and H&S Compliance Manager, generating new ideas for cost savings, and developing site sustainability strategies. Periodic reporting requirements include supporting the central management team with monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc reports.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage facilities operations across mixed residential, commercial, and retail spaces;
  • Oversee contractor-related documentation and delivery;
  • Serve as a Savills representative at client meetings;
  • Ensure timely implementation of Health and Safety actions identified in audits;
