
Senior Customer Advocate

We are seeking an exceptional customer advocate to join our team as an Account Partner. This role requires a passionate and driven individual who can take ownership of a bespoke suite of customer accounts and deliver a level of service that is second to none.
This role involves partnering with new accounts being onboarded, accounts at risk that need service support, and accounts that do not fit with the standard service model. Your key target will be the graduation of accounts from your remit, ensuring the appropriate corrective actions are embedded to sustain a fix.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an exceptional Telephone Sales or Service Executive, knowledge of the internal workings of Sysco's end-to-end order process, and a desire to learn more about how we work. They will also have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to build relationships outside of their department to collaborate effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new higher value customers and customer groups, working internally with Sales and Operational colleagues to ensure a 'right first time' experience.
- Defining and agreeing success criteria for each account in your ownership with a view to graduating out of the team as service issues are resolved.
- Being an ambassador for Sysco, ensuring the customer feels loyalty in every interaction.
- Understanding where things can go wrong and proactively managing an end-to-end order journey – from Planning to Keying to Picking to Delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an exceptional Telephone Sales or Service Executive.
- Knowledge of Sysco's internal workings related to the end-to-end order process.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships outside of their department.
