Job Title: Senior Staff Engineer

This is a challenging role that requires a strong technical leader with expertise in quality assurance, control, and preventative activities. The successful candidate will provide guidance to the team on continuous improvement of internal products and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality engineering leadership and technical guidance in quality assurance, control, and preventative activities with a focus on continuous improvement of internal products and processes.
  • Advocate and lead the execution of initiatives and projects to enhance quality performance within the business and for our customers.
  • Mentor and provide technical direction across multiple areas of expertise.
  • Ensure compliance to regulation and standards.
  • Work closely with operations and the business functions to ensure quality performance of product and processes.
Requirements:
  • BS in a science, engineering or related discipline (Level 8 Degree).
  • MS, CQE, or CRE desired.
  • Six Sigma Green or Black belt desired.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience preferred.
