Quality Assurance Strategist

About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance will lead the execution of quality strategies for new product introductions (NPI), focusing on speed-to-market, risk mitigation and compliance.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive robust preventative measures and improvements in product quality and process design.
  • Develop highly capable processes that result in high yield and enable scalability.
  • Promote the optimisation of inspection strategies for launch through technology, automation and supplier certification.
  • Cochain and develop staff who champion quality assurance during the product development process, ensuring product launches meet or exceed established metrics.
  • Deliver results by overseeing and responsible for ensuring appropriate production and process controls are identified, qualified and implemented throughout the manufacturing process.
