National Campaigns Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, encompassing research, development, planning, budgeting, marketing, and review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement all elements of the fundraising campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and create innovative fundraising streams and campaigns to drive growth and income.
  • Lead the campaigns fundraising team to implement the overall fundraising plan, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Establish and maintain accurate documentation of team processes, ensuring compliance and continuity.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a degree from a recognized institution.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in fundraising, marketing, and people management.
  • In-depth understanding of the Republic of Ireland not-for-profit and voluntary sector.
  • Strong empathy with and compassion for supporters, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and demands.
