About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a talented brigade of chefs and contribute to the delivery of exceptional food experiences. In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to implement timely changes and improve overall kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate their team to achieve high levels of performance. They will also have excellent knowledge of HACCP procedures and be certified to Level 2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs to deliver high-quality food experiences

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Level 2 HACCP certification

  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP procedures
