Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 3-7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on digital products, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated experience with growth hacking methodologies and A/B testing to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
  • Experience with database technologies or data platforms is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of driving product growth, user acquisition, and retention through digital strategies.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
