- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or a Master's degree is preferred.
- 3-7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on digital products, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated experience with growth hacking methodologies and A/B testing to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
- Experience with database technologies or data platforms is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record of driving product growth, user acquisition, and retention through digital strategies.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and technical concepts.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau) and A/B testing platforms.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Understanding of business models, pricing strategies, and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
