Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and curious individual to join our dynamic team as a Digital Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in shaping and delivering high-impact digital content strategies.

You will be responsible for developing creative campaigns, managing paid media and analytics, and influencing some of the world's most recognised brands. You'll work closely with senior members of the client services team, creatives and strategists, and be part of a collaborative team that thrives on fresh thinking, innovation, and cultural relevance.

This role offers a rich mix of content strategy, project management, social media activation, and community building — ideal for someone who's passionate about what's trending, instinctively digital-first, and keen to work with the best in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dissect briefs upon receipt with the team and revert with questions. If necessary, arrange follow-up briefing sessions
  • Review and develop creative briefs where necessary
  • Deliver thorough briefings with the creative team ensuring expectations are understood
  • Lead brainstorm sessions and content ideation, planning & creation for social and digital channels
  • Develop client-ready work from scratch as part of a wider team
  • Monitor the quality and standards of deliverables
  • Manage workflows through from briefing to execution ensuring deliverables meet expectations
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in a Digital or Creative agency
  • Relevant or similar client and industry experience
  • Strong understanding of the digital and social media landscape
  • Stays abreast of social, cultural and digital trends and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work across multiple tasks, completing them to the highest standard in a timely manner
  • Enthusiastic with a curiosity and willingness to learn and progress
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage information with complete discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Personable nature with a preference for working in collaborative environments
