Ecological Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Ecological Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our environmental services group, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality ecological services on infrastructure projects across Europe.


Your Responsibilities:

Delivering complex ecological assessments and studies for medium to large-scale infrastructure projects, including highways, airports, and other development sites. Presenting expert ecological advice to clients and stakeholders, helping them understand the implications of their projects on local ecosystems. Designing and implementing effective ecological monitoring programs, ensuring high-quality data collection and analysis. Leading and managing teams of ecologists and surveyors to deliver project objectives. Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in terrestrial or aquatic ecology, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality ecological services on infrastructure projects.
  • Full membership of a professional body, such as the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
