Job Opportunity

A skilled and ambitious electrical professional is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in quantity surveying or electrical installation, with experience working on medium to large scale projects in the data centre, life sciences, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing take-offs from tender drawings, including those for data centre, life sciences, and industrial manufacturing projects.
  • Attending pre & post tender meetings to discuss project requirements and timelines.
  • Conducting site visits prior to tenders and during construction to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly internal valuations and cost reports, highlighting any variations or budget discrepancies.
  • Reporting on project budgets and providing recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Qualification in quantity surveying or electrical installation.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working on electrical packages.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
