Job Title: Electrical Estimator Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated electrical estimator to complete take-offs from tender drawings on a wide variety of medium to large scale projects in the Data Centre, Life Sciences, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend pre and post-tender meetings to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess construction progress.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly internal valuations and cost reports.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on budgets and variations.

Requirements:

• Hold a qualification in quantity surveying, electrician or estimating with a background in electrical studies.
• Have a minimum 3+ years' experience working on electrical packages.
• Demonstrate good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Show a willingness to attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
• Display strong analytical skills and ability to present findings effectively.
• possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be able to work with people at all levels and demonstrate a willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
• Show self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Be capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Show a willingness to accept responsibility for completing designated tasks.
