Job Title: Mechanical Building Services Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing mechanical services installations for various sectors including healthcare, education, and commercial offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and installing mechanical services installations that meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor and inspect ongoing projects.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing mechanical services installations, preferably in the mentioned sectors.
  • Full driving license and access to own transportation.
  • Possession of chartership (or working towards it) is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated working experience with Revit BIM software in the relevant field.
