About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Krispy Kreme UK & IRE.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process, overseeing and coordinating activities from the shopfloor. This includes supervising staff, delegating tasks, and maintaining a smooth workflow.

As the most senior person on site in the absence of the site manager, you will be responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures, addressing any issues that arise during the shift, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate employees during their assigned shift.
  • Maintain a smooth workflow and ensure consistency, quality, Health & Safety, and productivity throughout the shift.

Requirements:

  • Food manufacturing experience.
  • Leadership and people management experience within an FMCG/Food environment.
  • Experience in continuous improvement processes and methodology.
  • IT literate with good verbal and numerate skills.
