**Job Title:** Person in Charge
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Person in Charge in our organization.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to those who use our services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of care.
This is a leadership position that requires strong management skills, a deep understanding of social care principles, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide support to service users and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- To manage residential services and maintain high standards of care.
- To develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellence in service delivery.
- To collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience within a social care setting.
- A professional degree (minimum level 7) in social care or relevant qualification.
- Experience in managing residential services.
- Level 6 management qualification.
- Full driving license and access to own transport.
- Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care.
