The Role/ Department:
Limerick's Custody Client Service team is responsible for delivering exceptional service to 450+ clients. The department has a high level of interaction with internal teams to source information which enables the team to provide prompt quality responses for all client queries. The Senior Client Service Representative acts as the principal point of contact and advocate for all custody service delivery.
The Senior Client Service Representative fully understands client expectations regarding custody service delivery and is ultimately responsible for ensuring complete client satisfaction specific to Northern Trust's custody service offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication with clients, trustees, and fund administrators to resolve queries and concerns.
- Enhance service delivery by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Owning and resolving complex client, trustee, and fund administrator queries.
- Managing and monitoring service level agreements.
- Participating in custodial transitions (TBA, new business, etc.).
- Coordinating sub-account openings and closings.
- Reviewing and approving client custody fee invoices.
