AI Annotation Specialist

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the quality and accuracy of AI models by creating, evaluating, and refining question-answer pairs that simulate real-world scenarios. You will leverage your linguistic expertise and cultural knowledge to ensure that AI systems provide relevant and contextually accurate responses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to improve model performance.
- Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.
- Evaluate the quality of existing datasets and machine learning outputs.
- Conduct research to ensure accurate annotations.
- Develop and maintain annotation guidelines for consistent, high-quality results.
- Provide feedback on annotation tasks to improve processes and workflows.
- Identify trends or patterns in annotated data and share insights with the team.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who are analytical, adaptable, and passionate about working with data. Key qualifications include:
- High proficiency in English (minimum C1 level as per CEFR).
- Fluency in Bulgarian (oral and written), with a deep understanding of regional culture and social trends.
- Undergraduate degree or higher qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Working Hours & Location:
Choose between fixed shifts: Day Shift: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM - Evening Shift: 6:00 PM 2:00 AM - Monday to Friday (occasional weekends or bank holidays). Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford (on-site only; remote work is not available)
