As a Senior Manager of Structured Reinsurance, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the completion of new structured life reinsurance transactions. These transactions are highly complex and innovative, designed to meet specific client requirements.


This role requires developing and structuring bespoke reinsurance solutions that provide risk mitigation and optimize capital for clients under Solvency II regulations.


You will also be responsible for underwriting, pricing, and recommending new transactions aligned with group risk appetite, pricing, tax, and compliance requirements.


Additionally, this position involves managing and growing relationships with potential and existing customers to achieve business targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Requires a qualification in actuarial science or a master's degree in a similar discipline with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.

  • Requires experience in structuring and managing reinsurance transactions.

  • Has a good understanding of the Solvency II regulatory landscape for life insurance.

  • Displays strong numerical skills with a good understanding of financial metrics.
