**Job Summary**

The Production Technician will be responsible for manufacturing batches according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining high quality standards and meeting production targets. Key tasks include filling, capping, and labelling, while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

**Key Areas of Responsibility:**

  • Manufacture batches in accordance with SOPs, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Implement and maintain excellent housekeeping standards, in accordance with the 6S programme.
  • Perform equipment checks and calibrations as per schedule.
  • Coordinate with support staff on materials requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot production issues, working closely with colleagues in QC and planning to meet demand requirements.
  • Participate in upskilling and cross-training opportunities where required.
  • Support functional and cross-functional teams as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • 3rd Level science qualification, preferably in Chemistry.
  • Knowledge of batch manufacturing, ISO17025, ISO9001, ISO17034.
