Job Description:
A Civil Engineer is required to plan, coordinate, and supervise projects, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental protection. This role involves managing packages of works, direct labour, and subcontractors, and ensuring efficient use of plant, labour, and materials.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee site setting-out and supervision
- Plan and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resources
- Prepare project proposals and budget estimates
- Develop strong relationships with Local Authorities, TII Representatives, and key stakeholders
- Evaluate and improve processes and procedures
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Represent the company at stakeholder meetings and client engagements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field
- Experience in Civil Engineering, Road Maintenance, or Highways Projects
- Knowledge of TII Standards, Traffic Management, and Infrastructure Regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
