Job Overview

The Store Manager is a passionate Brand Ambassador and business leader who conveys the brand philosophy and values to the local market, the store team, and to the final client.

This driven business owner holds themselves accountable for achieving a successful overall store performance by seamlessly executing all activities to achieve targets. The Store Manager guarantees excellence in client experience by being present on the sales floor and leading by example, placing the client above all.

A motivating and inspiring leader, the Store Manager coaches and works closely with their team to achieve sales targets, maximizing commercial opportunities. They mentor and develop their team through succession planning and ensuring internal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance, determining the success of the entire store.
  • Propose and develop action plans through careful analysis of performance.
  • Drive the store team to exceed KPI targets, including cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
  • Represent the company within the local market, identifying opportunities to increase foot flow, attract new clients, and build loyal relationships with the brand.
  • Be present on the sales floor, ensuring the highest standard of approach and service to clients.
  • Foster Omni Channel awareness among the team and encourage digital tool usage to improve client relationships and achieve business needs.
  • Develop E-commerce channel awareness through timely order response and delivery, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Monitor store expenses and meet operating budgets.
  • Provide effective product feedback based on store needs and participate in buying sessions when requested.
  • Lead by example to create a welcoming environment, meeting client needs and requests.
  • Develop solid client relationships, enforcing meaningful after-sales experiences.
  • Guarantee excellent client satisfaction and high-level service through the execution of the "Brand Selling Ceremony".
  • Seamlessly manage local VICs, proposing tailored actions to develop loyalty and spend.
  • Implement clienteling initiatives and events with corporate functions, securing client loyalty and increasing spending.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to gain new clients, growing store sales.
  • Foster a strong private appointment culture among the team.
  • Proactively manage customer complaints, maintaining positive outcomes.
  • Act as a strong staff motivator, promoting team spirit and a positive environment.
  • Encourage information exchange within the team and proactively develop morning briefings on specific topics.
  • Master company tools and applications, ensuring the team is informed of relevant updates.
  • Understand team needs and priorities, training and inspiring them on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies and procedures.
  • Identify talents and propose internal development opportunities, sharing proposals with the Retail Operations Manager.
  • Guarantee team development through coaching and follow-ups on individual action plans.
  • Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
  • Ensure cooperation between front and back of house, guaranteeing efficient operations.
  • Lead by example, ensuring the Team operates with care and respect for the Product.
  • Ensure display attracts clients and maximizes sales, following company guidelines.
  • Guarantee effective and efficient care of Company assets.
  • Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising departments.
  • Cooperate with Retail Head Office for local event organization and target definition.
  • Guarantee excellence in standards and service during store events.
