Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Cost Management Team, responsible for delivering high-profile and complex construction projects. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of the agency's extensive pipeline of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis and insights into project costs, including construction and development data.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining cashflow forecasts, and creating functional dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • Conduct tender analysis and benchmark reports across portfolio, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Utilize technology to improve process automation and create process efficiencies.
  • Maintain and manage master databases and cost data warehousing, including tracking and reporting on project costs.
  • Perform general quantity surveying duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with Chartered status or working towards chartership.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with ability to distill large amounts of data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formula and pivot table expertise, with experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools an advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of construction and real estate principles preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
