Candidates with extensive fundraising or sales experience are desired for a senior role. This position involves leading the team and engaging with the public through face-to-face interactions.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be results-driven, and possess a passion for humanitarian aid. They must also be comfortable with varying degrees of public interaction.

  • Representing a charity through door-to-door fundraising, inspiring long-term support.
  • Focusing on achieving and surpassing personal performance metrics, with opportunities for significant earning potential.
  • Occasionally assisting new starters in the field, offering guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
Requirements

Applicants should hold prior experience in direct sales or fundraising, ideally with a focus on in-person interactions. A valid driving license and reliable transportation are also necessary. Strong communication and motivational skills, as well as a drive for success, are highly valued.
