Job Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment as a Food and Beverage Server.

About the Role

This exciting role involves serving guests in a prompt and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring that your work areas are set up and stocked according to business requirements, being aware of any menu updates, and working a flexible shift pattern and rotating through various areas of the Food and Beverage Department if required.

You will be expected to ensure all cleaning schedules are adhered to on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, provide support in other areas of the business if required, and ensure that all stock is stored in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving guests in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Ensuring work areas are set up and stocked according to business requirements
  • Being aware of any menu updates
  • Working a flexible shift pattern and rotating through various areas of the Food and Beverage Department if required
  • Ensuring all cleaning schedules are adhered to on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Providing support in other areas of the business if required
  • Ensuring all stock is stored in a safe manner
Requirements
  • Ability to provide warm, friendly, and efficient service
  • Ability to work midweek
  • Passion for operations and working on the floor
  • Standards driven and detail-orientated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service and evaluating customer service levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst delivering excellent service
  • Confident working on your own initiative and as part of a successful team
