Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Expert Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by assisting with recruiting efforts.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling transactions, including outbound calling and efficiently scheduling interviews while adhering to specific country guidelines and timely Service Level Agreements.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process and schedule interviews in Workday and Outlook.
  • Support and manage a positive candidate experience by creating and editing documents, databases, spreadsheets, and other materials.
  • Identify innovative techniques to increase productivity across the team and serve as a backup for other assistants to meet workload deadlines or during absences from the office.
  • Provide administrative support or special projects as assigned by the Manager and assist candidates with travel authorization as needed.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary school qualification.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a professional work environment or in administrative/office management/coordinator positions.
  • 1-3 years' experience supporting interview management or HR operations in an operational and fast-paced setting.
  • Fluent English skills, with specialized knowledge in HR and global recruitment preferable. Prior experience working in shared services, prior Workday experience, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills are also advantageous.
