Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our residential development projects in Meath.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering housing projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Our client is a reputable Developer/Contractor with a strong reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
  • At least 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on site-based roles.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale housing projects from conception to completion.
  • Familiarity with BCAR regulations and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate project teams.
