Global Operations Excellence Leader

The role of a Global Operations Excellence Leader is to drive world-class performance levels in cement plants. This individual will lead a team to achieve best practice operations, promote knowledge transfer, and ensure learnings across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, managerial courage, and the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity. They will also have a high level of drive and resilience, be highly motivated, and have initiative to encourage and develop process and engineering improvement.

Responsibilities include leading a team to achieve world-class performance levels, promoting and facilitating knowledge transfer, implementing policies, and advising and supporting plant teams. The individual will work closely with other stakeholders to drive performance and challenge operations.

The ideal candidate will have an Engineering degree with at least 10 years' experience in the cement industry and a strong understanding of cement maintenance practices, including maintenance organizational structures and systems.
