About This Role:

This is a key leadership position within our organization, reporting to the GTS Engineering Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the CRH Task Force group to achieve world class performance levels in all cement plants. This will involve promoting and facilitating knowledge transfer among the Task Force community, implementing CRH's policies, and providing expert assistance to cluster chairmen. In addition, the successful candidate will advise, support, and challenge plant teams to drive performance and improve operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cement maintenance practices, including maintenance organizational structures and systems to support the management of maintenance. They will also have a proven track record of delivering best-in-class results, and experience working in different cultures would be an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the CRH Task Force group to achieve world class performance levels in all cement plants
• Promote and facilitate knowledge transfer among the Task Force community in CRH
• Implement CRH's policies
• Provide expert assistance to cluster chairmen
• Advise, support, and challenge plant teams to drive performance and improve operations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of cement maintenance practices, including maintenance organizational structures and systems to support the management of maintenance. You will also need to have a proven track record of delivering best-in-class results, and experience working in different cultures would be an advantage.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with an engineering degree and at least 10 years' experience in the cement industry. Ideally, you will have held a senior leadership position previously, and have a strong network of contacts within the industry.
