We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Property Administrator to join our team in Johnstown, Naas. The ideal candidate will have experience in the property sector and be able to work independently with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their enquiries in a timely manner.
- Schedule and manage maintenance requests, allocating tasks to relevant technicians or contractors.
- Organise and oversee apartment check-out and check-in inventory reports, coordinating resident move-outs and move-ins.
- Manage tenant leases, rental income, and ensure rents are paid on time.
- Recharge residents for damages during or after tenancy and handle deposit releases in accordance with regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate facilities management, including planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Raise work orders, purchase orders, and manage invoice workflow as required.
- Full clean driver's license is essential.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Operations/Property Manager.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Strong MS Office skills with good system knowledge.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and in a fast-paced environment.
- Negotiable salary.
- Reduced overnight stays at Comer Group Hotels managed properties.
- Working week: 2 days on-site and 3 days at Head Office.
