A career as a Quality Supervisor with Inform3 Recruitment's client offers the opportunity to work in the fast-paced food manufacturing industry. As part of the Technical team, you will be responsible for maintaining and refining the company's QA system, ensuring that quality standards are met and exceeded.
Key duties include working closely with the Quality team, participating in all Quality Audits, leading audits in the absence of the Site Quality Manager, driving quality in terms of food safety and Product Quality, coaching and training staff on floor through documented SOPs, conducting traceability/recall audits, reporting issues to production and working with production to drive improvements.
You will also be responsible for managing micro sampling plans, trending results, highlighting any issues to the Production cleaning team, management of the Calibration schedule for the site and management of Pest control programme for the site.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum qualification of Diploma in a food related discipline
- Three or more years experience working within a Quality role in the Food Manufacturing sector
- Previous experience in internal audit procedures is advantageous
